DANTA Interiors enjoys connecting with the clients that are a great match for our services.
We have intentionally controlled the size of our company by limiting the amount of projects we accept and complete each year. This allows DANTA to intentionally select the clients and projects that are going to result in a successful, fulfilling outcome for both parties.
Most homeowners who would like to renovate their personal home are focused primarily on the end result (finished product), while giving minimal consideration to the importance of the process used to complete the renovation. It is our opinion that the process used to provide our clients with a quality renovation is just as important as the end result.
As the homeowner it is important that you clearly identify not only what you are looking for in the finished product, but also your expectations in regards to the renovation process. This will help you decide if we are the contractor you should hire for your personal project.
Project cost, cleanliness, time management, finished product, past references, documentation — even the accessibility of your home to other trades — are all important factors in the renovation process.

Is this project the ideal fit for our services?
We look for renovation projects that carry significance and display an expression of character — where detail, craftsmanship, and creativity are appreciated. We have found these opportunities are best realized in our clients’ personal homes.
What is the client looking for in a finished product?
We are proud that our name becomes attached to each project we complete. This means that the quality of the finished product is very important to us, down to the last detail. If your main priority as a homeowner is to complete your project with the lowest cost possible, you will be best served by another contractor in our market.
What is the time frame of the project and expectations of the client?
As a team we complete only one renovation at a time. We provide our clients with an approximate start date and the time frame it generally takes to complete a renovation of that scale. Once onsite we take the project through to completion, recognizing that time management and efficiency are part of the service we provide to our clients.
That said, we look to collaborate with homeowners who see the value of a project completed in a professional manner without compromise, rather than having to rush completion to meet tight time frames.
