Our Process

DANTA Interiors assumes the role of general contractor to your project, and the DANTA team will complete the various stages of your project, ensuring a properly finished product. 

DANTA’s internal team does not assume the role of “jack of all trades”. DANTA has long-standing relationships with local, fully-insured sub-trades who are used to complete the parts of your project that require a specific, professional skill set.

If you have never worked with DANTA in the past, the first step is for you to connect with us via email. We would love to hear about the project you are looking to complete.

If we feel the project you are looking to complete is a match for our services, we’ll schedule an initial phone consultation to discuss your project and needs further.

DANTA then will provide a initial in-home consultation to review your project and if possible provide feedback on the estimated cost of the project you are looking to complete.

DANTA Interiors assumes complete responsibility for your project—controlling home accessibility, trade communications, and conducting business through contractual agreements. The very nature of contracting and project management is to provide the client with a clear, systematic breakdown of their project. This empowers all parties, keeping the project on track through the various stages.

INSIGHTS FOR HOME OWNERS

Start the planning process well in advance of when you are looking to have your project completed. It is not uncommon for quality tradespeople to be booked up three to four months in advance. Taking the time plan thoroughly and achieve clarity on the project you wanting completed will prevent costly mistakes and ensure that your project can be quoted effectively.
